I feel very fortunate that my career path has provided me with many experiences in several different areas. I have worked in education, business, and aviation. I have worked on both domestic and international projects. I enjoy using my background to assist companies and organizations in their pursuit of safety, efficiency, and profitability.

I have a new "Rolling CRM" program for business aviation. Rather than a concentrated two-day program, this program includes four half-day interactive sessions. The more frequent sessions keep CRM current in everyone's mind and avoid the saturation so common in long sessions.

I am also available as an expert witness in aviation litigation cases involving aviation training.

I now have a Crew Resource Management (CRM) program for the healthcare industry. I conduct a one day seminar designed to show how the same concepts that have dramatically reduced accidents due to human error in the airline industry can be applied to healthcare. Most insurance providers offer a discount to medical professionals who have attended this course.

Speaking to groups and conducting seminars is one of my favorite activities.  I can do anything from thirty-minute presentations to week-long seminars.  I present a lively multimedia program that audiences find entertaining and informative.  My programs are definitely not "snoozers"!  I have all of my own presentation equipment to make life easier for the sponsoring organization.  I have some programs prepared and I can also prepare something special upon request.

My rates are reasonable and it doesn't cost anything to get a price quote.

For non-profit organizations (including flying clubs) I often donate my services in an attempt to "give something back" to aviation. However, the organization must cover any travel and lodging expenses. Contact me for more information.
